We founded CC Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to CC Designs. -Payment is due at the time your order is placed. If you have not paid your order is not placed.

-Custom Order Designs require prepayment. No payment no design.

-NO RETURNS, I am unable to resell and item after it has been sold.

-Shipping is not included in the prices, If you would like shipping it will be an addional fee. Shipping fees vary on weight and distance.

-Orders can be picked up in Dundalk to avoid shipping fees.

-All orders must be picked up within 60 days. Orders not picked up will go back into stock. No refunds

-Last Day to place custom orders for Christmas is Nov 5th, Last Day for orders for Christmas delivery is Nov 30th. No Exceptions

-Orders will be completed with in 10 business days after payment is received. Unless stated otherwise when placing the order. Christmas times vary.

-We are not responsible for lost or broken tumbler after they are in your possession.
